What are the fencing requirements for a swimming pool in ct?
I live in east haven and was wondering if anyone can answer my question. I've noticed that a couple houses don't have a fence. My yard is partially fenced. I am looking to install one of those intex metal frame pools (15by48).

Usually there are rquirements for a fence on anythng over 24 inches deep. That way those kiddie pools are exempt. You can also usually not need a fence for the solid sided pols that need a ladder to access. Kayakl brands are common. The eaiest way to find out is to contact your local zoning department.
