What are the guidlines/restrictions regarding neighbors and new fences?
When you share a fence on TWO sides with two different neighbors and you want to build a fence ( Higher quality than either neighbor) what is the protocol? What are my rights and theirs?

You need to get in touch with your City Hall where you live. They have the ordinances concerning what the laws are when it comes to errecting fences on your property. There is a law on how hight a fence can be.
