How can low tech fences compete against high tecch tunnels?
The tunnels are already in. They are moving the fenses inland so the immigrants will still be in Mexico when the see daylight. The tunnels have cocktail lounges, bed and breakfast, and Starbucks in house.

There is a little thing called "razor wire." It works great on the top of a fence or at a tunnel to keep the bad guys out! That's really low tech and it would work. BUT, the dweebs in Washington don't give a crap!
