What do you call the "posters" that are mounted to the plywood fences of construction sites?
They usually are ads for concerts, albums, new products. Any idea? I don't think they are just called "posters."

Answer: I think they are called "BILLS"
Thats why those same construction site Plywood fences
have stamped on them POST NO BILLS. Then people come along and politely post their BILLS-eg advertising posters, right overtop over the wording saying no to do so.
Also that is where the expression BILL-BOARD comes from
