what are the regulations for barb wire fences?
Our neighbor has strung two strands of barb wire along our common border between our parcels. Can he do that? What can we do about it? We live in an unincorporated county area, all residential. No livestock involved.
Answer: Your best bet is to contact your local/city/state planning office and ask them what the exact regulations on it's use in your area are. It may, for example, have to be at a certain height from the ground. They will also be able to tell you what to do if you think your neighbour is breaching a planning regulation.
