How do you cut the grass that is between fences?

I have a chain link fence and my neighbor have a wood fence and grass is growing between them and I can't get to the grass to cut it down can anyone help me with this problem

Answer:
Or, if you have idle time, or idle children, you can lay a line of brick under the fence just a bit above the soil line.
Make it one of those landscape bricks or pavers that's wide enough for the mower to reach the edge on both sides.

I'm doing this under a powder-coated aluminum fence that I don't want to chip up with a weed eater.
